November EB-5 visa bulletin released; last “Chat with Charlie”

The final action date for EB-5 investors from Mainland China remains unchanged since September while other countries are current, according to the November visa bulletin from the State Department.
The date for Mainland China investors is still Nov. 22, 2015 while other countries such as India, Vietnam, Mexico and the Philippines remain current in the EB-5 non-regional center stream. The EB-5 regional center route is on hold until the program can be reauthorized.
The authorities will be hosting its last “Chats with Charlie” on Oct. 26 at 1 p.m. EST with Charlie Oppenheim who is set to retire.
