Renata Duarte is a U.S. immigration attorney and the founder of R Duarte Law, specializing in a variety of immigration matters.
She had a successful career in the Brazilian public sector before moving to the United States in 2005. In the U.S., she earned a master’s degree in International Environmental Law from Pace University and, in 2011, was admitted to practice law by the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court. After successfully applying for her family’s U.S. citizenship in 2016, she chose to focus her career on immigration law.
Duarte holds a law degree from Universidade Católica Dom Bosco and has been a member of the Brazilian Bar Association since 2000.
Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, she is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
