What happens to my EB-5 visa if I was involved in a car accident?

I understand that the US government is looking into more than 50 million US visas to identify illegal and negative behavior. I passed a red light two years ago, two years after I received my EB-5 visa, and was caught by a red-light camera. Paid the fine, left it at that. Now I am afraid this mistake will cost me more than this fine.

It seems unlikely that driving through a red light will result in revocation of your green card, but need to examine the final disposition to see if its even a moral turpitude crime.

It should not, unless you hurt someone.

A single red‑light camera ticket you paid two years ago will *not* jeopardize your EB‑5 case or your green card. It’s a minor civil traffic infraction, not a crime involving moral turpitude, and it doesn’t trigger any deportability or inadmissibility bar.
