The final action date for EB-5 investors is current for all countries, except Mainland China, as reported in the September visa bulletin released by the State Department.
Investors from Mainland China moved a few days forward from Nov. 15, 2015 to Nov. 22, 2015 in the non-regional center program stream.
Dates were not released for investors from any country in the EB-5 regional center program, since the program hasn’t been reauthorized yet.
