Pratt received his BA degree from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law. Pratt is admitted to the bars of the State of Florida, State of New York, and the District of Columbia, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
