Kim Atteberry

Kim AtteberryKimberly Atteberry is the president of Vermilion Consulting LLC. With almost two decades of experience, she helps public and private organizations leverage the benefits of the EB-5 investor program. Before Vermilion, Atteberry was the chief economist of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), overseeing significant economic research projects. Between 2000 and 2002, she taught economics and marketing at the United States Air Force Academy as one of a select group of civilian instructors.

Scott Barnhart Scott W. Barnhart is president of Barnhart Economic Services LLC, a consulting firm specializing in EB-5 and non-EB-5 economic job creation studies, business plans, TEA designations, I-829, and National Interest Waiver studies. He is also a recently retired associate professor of finance from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, where he taught for 24 years. The firm has analyzed various projects, ranging from destination resort hotels to large national interest strategic infrastructure projects with capital expenditures exceeding $41 billion, associated gross revenues of $17 billion, and job creation estimates exceeding 570,000 jobs.

Terri Goforth is the lead EB-5 economic consultant at Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP. Nationally recognized for her work, she specializes in creating EB-5-compliant job studies and economic impact reports. With more than ten years of experience in the EB-5 industry, she began to work with regional centers and developers writing job creation studies. Throughout her career, she has authored over 1,000 economic studies, which has resulted in hundreds of millions of EB-5 capital for Baker Tilly’s clients.

With extensive experience in EB-5 marketing, project structuring, and economic impact analysis, he has secured USCIS approval for over 200 EB-5 Regional Centers across the U.S. Wright has worked with foreign agents and investors from Asia, South America, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe. As the founder of Wright Johnson, he has completed over 900 economic analyses using RIMS II and IMPLAN models. He has developed business plans for more than 1,000 EB-5 projects, showcasing his expertise in the industry.
