The EB-5 program has become more mainstream these days in light of recent media coverage. Notwithstanding the media, the benefits of the program to the U.S. economy is hard to deny - foreign investment brings economic growth and creates jobs to Americans. The eligible immigrant investors and their family members achieve their goal of getting to experience a piece of the American dream. A win-win situation for all parties involved.
