The U.S. State Department has released its July visa bulletin, with no changes since last month’s bulletin.
All countries are current with the exception of Mainland China and India in the EB-5 Unreserved categories. In July 2023, China’s final action date will remain at September 8, 2015, while India will remain at April 1, 2017.
All countries are current in all other EB-5 categories.
