We have had approvals in as littles at 60 days and others can take almost a year—very hard to predict but basically, they seem to adjudicate project by project.

The webpage https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/
says 54 months, but rural projects are fast-tracked. They aren’t posting processing times separately for these cases.
