Direct EB-5 investors remain current in March visa bulletin

 

All countries continue to have a current final action date for direct EB-5 investors, according to the State Department’s March 2022 visa bulletin, released today.

The EB-5 regional center stream is still listed as "U" meaning unauthorized, since the program continues to be on hold waiting for reauthorization. Read more about the status of the regional center EB-5 program here.
