Is there a list of investors interested in the EB-5 program?

Is there a website that lists EB-5 investors or investors who are interested in investing via the EB-5 program? Is there a website where one can post their funding requirements so that potential investors can review and apply to the EB-5 process?

The best way to get your project in the eyes of investors is to be an accredited regional center with an approved project. For further information please contact Rahbaran & Associates.

There is no such list. You need to engage in your own marketing efforts to attract investors and/or hire a migration agent overseas to market your projects.

There is no list of potential investors. They come through foreign brokers. But there are too many websites promoting EB-5 program.

I have never seen such a list. Due to reasons of confidentiality, I doubt that such a list would be created unless it is a secure area. I do like the concept however.

I don''t believe there is one master list. If you do an internet search for ''Regional Centers EB-5?'' you should come up with a few of them. Thanks!

No, this would be in contravention of SEC regulations.

No. Many regional centers and their marketing agents are spending a lot of money advertising their projects overseas.

To my knowledge no such website exists. Further, if there was a publicly available website where EB-5 issuers (regional centers) could publish information about their projects, such action would probably violate Regulation D (until amendment to conform with the JOBS Act) and Regulation S. Therefore, I would advise against such behavior and suggest that you retain a securities attorney to assist you with investor issues.

The foreign national investors are usually known by the Brokers ,intermediaries or agents who have a following of,or existing pool of investors. It is advisable to speak to a US immigration attorney and securities attorney regarding the rules for advertising an offering to investors. The SEC rules have to be complied with.

For the most part there is no governmental website that provides or facilitates that.

To my knowledge there is not one set website listing potential EB-5 investors. Many investors prefer more confidentiality than that. Typically a potential EB-5 investor will contact an attorney potential matches are then made from there.

No. This is a marketing effort that each Regional Center handles it for their own.

There is no master list. You will need to hire an offshore migration agent to help you find investors. A site is developing a site for you to post projects. Not sure when it will go live..
