Steven T. Anapoell is an EB-5 corporate and securities attorney who practices at the office of Greenberg Traurig, LLP, in Irvine, Calif. where he is a member of the firm’s corporate & securities practice group. Attorney Anapoell’s work includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity, debt financing and investment, recapitalizations and divestitures, the formation of venture capital funds and private equity, preparation of private placement memoranda and securities offerings, and securities law compliance. He represents investors, project companies, and EB-5 Regional Centers with investments and capital-raising through the EB-5 visa program.

Attorney Anapoell has earned much praise for his work in corporate and securities law. He was previously selected as one of Southern California’s “Super Lawyers” by Los Angeles Magazine in the areas of tax, business/corporate, and securities & corporate finance law from 2009 to 2012. Attorney Anapoell is a former chair of the State Bar of California Business Law Section’s Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies Committee. He earned his undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley, his law degree from the University of California Hastings College of the Law, and his LL.M in taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center.

Attorney Anapoell is a member of the American Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the Business and Intellectual Property Law Advisory Committee of the CEB, and is a former chair of the Technion Enterprises Forum. He is admitted to practice in the state of California and before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
