I had a good experience as an EB-5 investor overall, having received my green card in 2023. The key to my successful application was the regional center. A few of us who invested in the same EB-5 project have kept in touch over the years and are looking to form a partnership to create a regional center to sponsor projects and ensure there is a high-quality opportunity for others like us. We understand that the end of the program is coming soon, which may delay our plans. But if the program were to be renewed, as in 2022, what would the process be like?
