Win Eaton is an EB-5 immigration attorney and the founder of Eaton and Associates, an immigration law firm with offices in Bakersfield and Fresno, Calif. and in Philomath, Ore. Attorney Eaton has over 25 years of experience as an immigration lawyer and his practice focuses mainly on business, employment, and investment immigration.
