Aaron Khalili

Founded in 2007 by CEO Aaron Khalili (also known as Matt Khalili), Plan Writers provides business plan writing and consulting services across a variety of industries. Based in El Segundo, Calif., the Plan Writers team consists of M.B.A. holders with experience in current business trends and complexities. They specialize in writing USCIS-compliant immigration business plans, bank plans, and investor plans, along with other custom proposals. They also work with traditional businesses on concepts that leverage modern business and marketing models.

Plan Writers provides EB-5 visa plans designed to develop a business case that demonstrates that the EB-5 investment will prompt job creation within the local economy. These plans are generally more than 45 pages long and are Matter of Ho compliant. In addition to EB-5 work, the company provides teaser business plans, SBA business plans, investor business plans, pitch decks, grant plans, and L-1, and E-2 plans. They also provide industry-specific business plans, such as for healthcare, restaurant, catering, and daycare businesses.

After more than a decade of entrepreneurship work, Mr. Khalili founded Plan Writers with the goal of helping fellow entrepreneurs succeed. He earned his M.B.A. from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. In his work at Plan Writers, he has personally written almost one hundred business plans for L-1, E-2, and EB-5 applicants, with the plans designed to meet all USCIS criterion. He is frequently consulted by immigration attorneys across the United States. Mr. Khalili is fluent in English, French, and Farsi.
