The Department of State has just released the March 2024 Visa Bulletin.
For employment-based immigrants, which include EB-5 investors, the Final Action Date is the date that needs to be considered when filing green card applications.
With the exception of India and Mainland China, the Final Action Date for nationals of all other countries is current, indicating that investors from all but those two countries can pursue the filing of their applications.
For nationals of India and Mainland China, the Final Action Date remains as the dates listed in the February 2024 Visa Bulletin: December 1, 2020, and December 15, 2015, respectively.
This means that Indian and Chinese EB-5 investors would only be able to apply for their green card if their priority dates fall before the above Final Action Date for each country.
