All countries current for direct EB-5 in January visa bulletin

The State Department has released its January 2022 visa bulletin and there are no surprises for EB-5 investors. The final action date for all nationalities in the EB-5 direct investment stream remains current.
The EB-5 regional center stream is still listed as "U" meaning unauthorized, since the program is still on hold waiting for reauthorization.
