Metropolitan Commercial Bank has promoted April Feely and James M. Sozomenou to its EB-5 Private Client Group co-heads.

Feely was promoted to Senior VP and Group Director of EB-5 Operations, and Sozomenou to Senior VP and Group Director of EB-5 New Business Development.

Feely and Sozomenou will provide tailored banking services for EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program stakeholders in their new roles. Both worked in Signature Bank before joining Manhattan in April.

The bank’s EB-5 client unit services investors, developers, Regional Centers, government agencies, law firms, and consulting companies specializing in EB-5 and E-2 visas.
