Vietnam leaps 2 years forward in July visa bulletin

EB5Investors.com Staff

The final action date for EB-5 investors in the non-regional center program from Vietnam took a giant leap forward of almost two years to April 1, 2020 in July’s visa bulletin, released by the State Department today.

Investors from Mainland China also advanced nearly two months to Nov. 8, 2015 in the non-regional center program stream. All other countries remained current.

No new dates were released for investors from any country in the regional center program, since the reauthorization date of that stream is coming up on June 30. All countries were listed as “U”, meaning that the dates were unauthorized for issuance by the State Department.

For EB-5 investors who have questions about the timeline or process, the State Department is hosting a monthly “Chats with Charlie” on its YouTube channel on June 18 at 1 p.m. EST.
