The Department of State (DoS) released the May 2024 Visa Bulletin, which shows the final action dates and the filing dates for employment-based immigrants, including EB-5 investors.
Both dates have continued unchanged since February in the case of the EB-5 visa. Until May, they remain current for nationals from all countries except India and Mainland China, meaning their applications do not face backlogs.
For Indian and Chinese EB-5 investors, the final action date continues to be Dec. 1, 2020, and Dec. 15, 2015, respectively. The filing dates remain Apr. 1, 2022, and Jan. 1, 207, respectively.
