Hirson EB-5 Strategies & Compliance, LLC is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and manage an EB-5 Regional Center consulting, management, regional center rental and compliance operation. The ideal candidate will need a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the EB-5 Visa industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Regional Center compliance, management and rental business.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Direct and oversee business development and outreach.
• Develop and oversee the growth of the HirsonEB5 team.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve business goals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably as a COO.
• Strong knowledge of the EB-5 industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field/s
