Is an EB-5 project count of 10 jobs enough, with the corresponding paperwork, or does USCIS require a specific audit to calculate the number of jobs, whether it’s 10 or more? Does USCIS calculate the same way for standalone projects and regional center projects?

EB-5 Immigration attorneysIf the job creation is direct, it will be based upon employment records (such as tax forms and I-9). If the job creation is indirect, it will be verified using the input to the economic model. For example, if the input is based upon expenditure, you need to provide evidence that the amount has been expended. If it is based upon revenue, you need to provide evidence that the revenue has been generated.
