How can I make sure that the regional center returns my investment?

Can I request a regional center to include specific clauses in the project documents to ensure repayment and the return on my investment if something happens to the EB-5 program or to the project?

No. The requirement is the investment; must be at risk although most EB-5 projects will offer to repay if the I-526 petition is denied. But you also need to be clear they have the ability to repay the money.

Your money must be at risk as a requirement of the program but you can certainly request they outline the criteria for payout.
