How can I verify whether a project has had at least one I-526E petition approved by USCIS? The only way I can know is what the regional center sends me. But is there another way to obtain the information and not depend only on the RC? The agency that is advising me explains that information about I-526E approvals is not public and must be provided by the RC. Yet, I find this very untransparent.

Immigration attorneysYes, there is no public information about whether an I-526E is approved under a project. The only way is to ask regional center or maybe your filing attorney who is also handling other I-526E under the same project.

Immigration attorneysYou should request a Regional Center to provide you with a copy of the approval of I-965F filed for that project. Regarding I-526E of other investors in the project, you will not be able to obtain that information, as it related to someone else’s personal case. Usually, Regional Centers can share the information about number of investor’s with approved petitions.

Immigration attorneysIf you don’t trust them at this stage, imagine what it will be like once they have your money?! Run as fast as you can. There are many decent RCs that would be happy to show you I526E approvals. Oh and GET A LAWYER!

Immigration attorneysYou can ask them to send the Approval only with redacted names.
