How can a U.S. business affiliate with a regional center?

If I were to invest in my family’s construction business in the U.S. (fourth-generation immigrants from India), to expand the company, would it be seen positively or negatively by the U.S. immigration authorities? Would it be better if they affiliate with a regional center?

It can be done as a private project without affiliation if you are able to create direct jobs as required – 10 and only one Principal EB-5 investor. The main advantage of a Regional Center is that they can include indirect jobs but there are fees to be included and they would be more in charge than you likely want.
