Tom Martin is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of EB5 United, where he oversees all facets of the company’s operations, including compliance, due diligence, project management, and operational oversight.
With extensive experience in the EB-5 industry, he understands EB-5 financing structures, regulatory requirements, job creation methodologies, and EB-5 offering documents. He helps clients navigate the complexities of the EB-5 process, facilitates USCIS approval, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
Before EB-5 United, he was Managing Director/Community Impact Director at Baker Tilly US, LLP. Prior to that, Martin was Vice President of the EB-5 consulting firm Wright Johnson, where he assisted in the formation of over 100 regional centers for his clients. Prior to Wright Johnson, Tom was Associate Director of Sales at Merck, a biopharmaceutical company.
Martin has a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University in Utah.
