EB-5 Texas Urban Triangle Regional Center or TUTRC is an EB-5 Regional Center that earned its designation in October 2011 and operates in 40 counties in the Texas triangle, including Dallas, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. It engages and offers opportunities in economic activities for foreign investors related to construction, management and development of real estate projects, food services & drinking establishments, accommodations, retail trade, and assisted living facilities. EB-5 Texas Urban Triangle Regional Center has a mission “to provide connection between reputable project operators and foreign investors who are looking to invest in the United States for their residency.” TUTRC believes that, if their mission is realized, the results will be mutually beneficial for the foreign investors and the regional center.
Foreign investors are welcome to approach TUTRC for any EB-5 investment. Such an investment goes toward fulfilling requirements for a U.S. visa for the investor and his/her entire family. With a U.S. visa, an investor can take advantage of excellent American educational opportunities for their children, while creating job opportunities for others, improving the U.S. economy and living the American dream. TUTRC’s mission is accomplished by their team of dedicated professionals who review every aspect of each project. The TUTRC team performs citizenship and immigration operations through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program.
Jeff Campion is one such dedicated professional at TUTRC. Campion is an attorney that specializes in representing foreign high net-worth clients and their businesses, and is now the CEO of TUTRC. He manages the regional center while continuing to represent immigrant clients’ cases before USCIS. Campion is a highly-valued attorney with many prestigious clients, including individuals that have appeared on the Forbes list of the wealthiest individuals in Latin America, and their families. He regularly travels to Latin America to speak on complex immigration related issues, including citizenship and immigration operations. He speaks conversational Spanish and Portuguese. Working alongside him at TUTRC is Julieta Smit, the compliance officer and head of investor relations. She received her bachelor’s degree in international relations from Florida International University in 2003. She has more than eleven years of experience as a paralegal in the field of immigration law. She speaks fluent Spanish. Together, Campion and Smith run TUTRC as a successful regional center that extends much-needed assistance to all of their foreign investor clients.
