Omega Florida Regional Center was approved as an EB-5 Regional Center in March 2013. A USCIS approved regional center is a reputable business that has been authorized to receive immigrant investor capital. Omega Florida Regional Center is authorized to offer EB-5 investment opportunities pertaining to the industries of construction, and nursing and residential facilities in the following Florida counties: Broward, Charlotte, Collier, Dade, Desoto, Glades, Hardee, Hendry, Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Lee, Manatee, Monroe, Palm Beach, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk and Sarasota.

Omega Florida Regional Center is an affiliate of Omega Communities, a developer of senior living facilities. This means that Omega Florida Regional Center will partially fund new Omega communities by providing EB-5 investor capital. Compared to other business ventures, these senior living facilities are considered to be relatively safe and secure investments. Not simply traditional senior living facilities, these Omega communities will be associated with locally sponsored churches to provide mutual support and benefit. Omega’s rental model requires no deposit and is flexible in order to meet future inflation and economic uncertainties.

Pat Trammell, Jr. and James Taylor, Jr. are among the operators of Omega Florida Regional Center. Trammell is the chairman of the board and CEO of Omega Capital Enterprises, LLC, a Birmingham, Ala. based investment company specializing in real estate planning, private and institutional equity investment, and corporate asset allocation. He also has experience in the fields of healthcare, financial institutions and utilities. Trammell has assisted private clients in estate planning, investment allocation and placement. Trammell was also recognized and featured on the April 2013 cover of Private Wealth Magazine.

When he was first brought onto the Omega team in 2011, James Taylor, Jr. helped solve several corporate-related issues and acted as a financial adviser. Now Taylor is responsible for development and operations for Omega. Taylor oversees fundraising, compliance, and marketing strategies in order to develop new and more efficient corporate operations and funding relationships. He works directly with senior living partners, construction partners and financial businessmen to maintain company compliance.
