The regional center has streamlined its system and is able to execute all aspects of a potential EB-5 project, such as acquisition, design, development, construction and operations. This increases the efficiency and is possible due to the strong relationships Hollywood International Regional Center has built over 30 years. All EB-5 projects at the regional center qualify for the reduced amount of $500,000 due to the regional center’s designation in a targeted employment area (TEA).
