Douglas P. Edwards is the chief executive officer and one of the founders of EB-5 Jobs for Massachusetts. He has accumulated an extensive amount of experience in developing, managing and marketing business in the real estate industry throughout his lengthy career. Edwards is a native of Massachusetts and has more than 40 years of experience in successfully creating new businesses, developing real estate and providing property management services. He is highly knowledgeable and familiar with the intricacies of the real estate industry in Massachusetts.

Prior to his professional career, Edwards received his degree at Boston University’s School of Management. He then went on to serve as an officer in the U.S. Army’s Medical Service Corp until 1972. In the early 1990s, he shifted his focus and began to work on EB-5 matters. He has been collaborating closely with the Massachusetts Office of Labor and Workforce Development and is a specialist in defining targeted employment areas, a crucial aspect in helping immigrants invest at a lower cost.

Jillian Fortuna is the chief operating officer of EB-5 Jobs for Massachusetts. She is responsible for overseeing USCIS compliance and keeping track of their constantly shifting policies regarding the EB-5 program. Prior to working at the regional center, Fortuna worked in the legal department of AEW Capital Management. She received her bachelor’s degree from Bentley University and earned her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School. In law school, she focused on securities and corporate law while also providing pro bono legal services for the Juvenile Justice Center. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New York, and before the U.S. State District Court of Massachusetts. She is a native of Boston and enjoys volunteering at local nonprofits in her free time.
