American Lending Center New York (ALC) became a USCIS-designated regional center in January 2016 with a geographic scope that includes the State of New York in its entirety, Pike County in the State of Pennsylvania, and the following counties in the State of New Jersey: Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Somerset, Sussex, and Union. This regional center’s investments cover the following industries: Nonresidential Building Construction; Durable Goods Merchant Wholesalers; Colleges, Universities and Professional Schools; Community Care Facilities for the Elderly; Child Daycare Services; and Travel Accommodation.
