Steven Reingold is a litigation attorney based in Boston, Massachusetts. He has more than 30 years of experience in the legal field. He has served as a partner at Saul Ewing LLP since 2017.
Reingold represents businesses and their owners, executives, directors, and officers in complex disputes spanning various industries. With decades of litigation experience, he represents lenders, developers, and other parties in issues relating to EB-5 investments. He has substantial experience handling shareholder litigation and partnership disputes, as well as claims arising from contract and loan documents. Reingold also assists clients with breaches of fiduciary duty. He is skilled in negotiation, mediation, and arbitration, as well as litigation.
