Jeffrey C. Schneider is a founding partner of the law firm Levine Kellogg Lehman Schneider + Grossman in Miami, Florida. Schneider has been the firm’s Managing Partner since it was founded in 2010, and he is chairman of its Receivership Practice Group.

As a trial lawyer with more than 25 years of experience, Schneider tries complex, high-risk, multi-million-dollar cases in federal and state trial courts and in arbitration proceedings. He specializes in commercial litigation, receiverships, international arbitration, and EB-5 Litigation.

Schneider’s currently handling an EB-5 case pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida that involves 800 foreign investors who are collectively owed more than $400 million. Schneider also regularly advises large groups of EB-5 investors in projects that are on the verge of failing, or that they suspect may be in trouble, before litigation is brought.

Schneider is admitted to practice law in all state courts in Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

In addition to being a member of the Florida Bar Association, Schneider is a member of the American Bar Association, and a full member of the National Association of Federal Equity Receivers (which is limited to those who have served as receiver in matters of material size and complexity). He is a former member of the Board of Directors of Dade County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Section.

Schneider earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.), with honors, from the University of Florida College of Law. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.), with a double major, in economics and political science, from the Florida State University.
