Zohreh Mizrahi

Zohreh Mizrahi is an EB-5 immigration attorney and senior partner at Manesh & Mizarahi, located in Los Angeles.  Mizrahi has over 22 years of experience and is consistently recognized as one of the foremost immigration attorneys in the United States. She has also served as an expert witness on U.S. immigration law in federal court. She is skilled in handling cases involving complex immigration/criminal litigation, deportation, and removal proceedings, nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, asylum cases, and green card petitions.

Attorney Mizrahi earned her bachelor’s degree in political science at the University of Massachusetts Boston. During her time there, she worked in the Massachusetts attorney general’s office and on the congressional campaign of Barney Frank. She then received her Juris Doctor from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University. While there, she externed at the Harris County district attorney’s office. Attorney Mizrahi was also a moot court finalist, on the dean’s list and part of Phi Alpha Delta. She was a member of the speakers’ committee of the Anti-Defamation League, where she did extensive research and presented on outreach programs creating awareness on issues of Sudanese genocide, antisemitism and hate crimes. She also worked for the Iranian Political Education Committee and directed all-day seminars to assist applicants obtain U.S. naturalization.
