David A. Enterline is an EB-5 immigration attorney and a Senior Foreign Associate of WTW – Taipei Commercial Law Firm, located in Taipei, Taiwan. Attorney Enterline has more than 15 years of professional experience as an immigration lawyer. He is a licensed lawyer in the United States, who (since 1993) has been based in China. He has an emphasis in U.S. immigration law and has concentrated his work on helping people in matters of US immigration law who are based in Taiwan, Hong Kong and China.
Attorney Enterline started his career at Tidwell Swaim and Associates Law Firm, a Dallas-based immigration law firm founded by Sam Tidwell. As a Taipei resident, Attorney Enterline regularly speaks on EB-5 and U.S. immigration matters, including on the topic of EB-5 entrepreneur investors. Currently, Attorney Enterline is a proud member of the AILIA, the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association of international lawyers in the field of corporate immigration.
In addition to being a legal immigration practitioner, Attorney Enterline was previously represented the Department of Commerce of the State of Oklahoma in the Oklahoma International Marketing Office in Taiwan. At an international company, he was also a director in offices in Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan. He has been a lecturer at the Judges and Prosecutors Training Center in Taipei, Taiwan for the American Legal System and he was previously a Co-Chairman at the American Chamber of Commerce in Taipei for the Information Technology Committee.

Attorney Enterline completed both of his Bachelor of Arts degree and Juris Doctor degree at the University of Oklahoma. Attorney Enterline also completed his Masters of Laws degree in Transnational Business in Sacramento, California at the McGeorge School of Law.
Attorney Enterline has received several achievements and awards. His achievements include the Advanced Communicator Award in Toastmasters International and he was selected as one of the listed corporate lawyers in the prestigious publication Law Business Research. Moreover, he is affiliated with Toastmasters International, the American Chamber Commerce in Taipei, Invest in USA (IIUSA) and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Attorney Enterline has lived in Greater China for almost 20 years. He can both speak and write Chinese Mandarin. He is a Trainer for the U.S. Immigration section of the Taiwan Immigration Consultants Association and a past Contributing Writer for The China News, an English newspaper in Taiwan in which he wrote a weekly column on U.S. immigration matters. He also wrote a column named “Pan Pacific Business Series” on issues of concern for individuals conducting business in the Pacific Rim. He was also a past Contributing Writer for This Month in Taiwan, a Taiwanese journal that was published monthly. For This Month in Taiwan, he wrote a monthly column on legal and business issues in Taiwan and a monthly column on U.S. immigration matters.
