Whitehead, P.C. law firm in 2002 and assumed control of the firm’s operations upon the retirement of Marshall Whitehead in 2008.
Attorney Sud-Devaraj earned her undergraduate degree, with honors, in 1989 from the University of Arizona. In 1992, she earned her law degree from the University of Arizona College of Law. Although she has spent the majority of her life in the United States, attorney Sud-Devaraj was born in New Delhi, India. She is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the AZ Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Arizona State Bar Association. Attorney Sud-Devaraj is admitted before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
