Yuree Lee is an immigration attorney. She currently practices law at Kookmin Emigration Corporation, based in Seoul, South Korea.
Kookmin, established in 2003, has years of experience in EB-5 projects. Lee has been with Kookmin since February 2018. At the firm, she receives clients’ documents for non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions to the United States. She also provides them legal consultation and drafts correspondence to U.S. embassy and immigration officials.
Prior to joining Kookmin, from 2015 to 2018, Lee was an attorney with Yes Migration Corp. in Korea. In addition to immigrants to the U.S., she worked with clients going to Australia and Canada. Prior to working in law, Lee was a freelance interpreter from 2001 to 2015.
Lee has a B.A. in law from Ewha Womans University in Seoul, a master’s degree in American law from Hallym University and an LL.M. from the University of Connecticut. She was admitted to the District of Columbia Bar in 2017 and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Lee speaks Korean and English.
