His practice provides services related to family-based immigration, such as spouses and children; employment-based immigration, such as EB-5 investments; and non-immigrant visas, such as B1/B2 and J1.

Attorney Long has extensive experience in the EB-5 green card sector, including immigrant investor representation. This includes filing I-526 petitions, 1-485 applications, DS-230 applications, and I-829 petitions. He has also worked with regional centers, and has experience assisting on I-924 applications. With a multi-cultural background, Attorney Long possesses added insight into the immigration law process, and is committed to treating every client with integrity and respect.

In 1994, Attorney Long earned his B.S. in business administration from the University of California-Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, and subsequently received his Certificate in Chinese Law from the China University of Political Science and Law in 1995. He then graduated from the University of California’s Hastings College of Law with his Juris Doctor in 1997. Before founding the Law Offices of Long & Associates in 1998, Attorney Long worked for several major international law firms in both China and the United States.

Attorney Long is admitted to the California State Bar, the Supreme Court of California, and the Federal District & Appeal Courts. He additionally holds a California real estate broker license. Along with being an active member of organizations such as the American Bar Association and AILA, Attorney Long has served as commissioner for the Monterey Park Sister Cities Commission, as president of the Los Angeles US – China People’s Friendship Association, and as an adviser to the president of the University of the West. He is fluent in Chinese and English.
