Karuna Chandani Simbeck is a Partner at Klasko Immigration Law Partners’ Philadelphia office. She focuses her practice on U.S. employment and family-based immigration, providing custom immigration solutions. Chandani-Simbeck also manages the firm’s individual case unit and is part of the firm’s EB-5 team.
As an immigrant herself, she has worked extensively with individual and corporate clients on a wide range of immigration matters, including corporate immigration, applications for naturalization, and the EB-5 Green Card process. She has prepared hundreds of I-526 petitions for clients from various countries, including India, South Africa, the Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and China.
