She has also conducted EB-5 compliance reviews on behalf of brokers and agents for potential projects, as well as prepared memorandum based on those analyses.
Attorney Lin was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in business economics and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court, Central District of California and is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Attorney Lin is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese.
