Chris LeBeau is an EB-5 fund administrator. He is the manager of the Development and Community Advisory’s Capital Formation team at Baker Tilly US, LLP, an advisory CPA firm headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.

LeBeau joined the Baker Tilly team in October 2023. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, of which the majority has been focused on fund administration. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, he was the head of funds (USA) for Bolder Group. Other firms he has worked for include Goldman Sachs, BNY Mellon, Maples Group, Barings and Apex Group.
An active CPA, LeBeau held various roles in investor services, fund accounting and fund governance. He served as an independent director for several years on a wide range of investment funds, including multi-manager funds, hedge funds, private equity funds, unit trusts and segregated portfolio companies.
LeBeau holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western New England University.
He holds the Accredited Director designation granted by the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Canada and is a member of the AICPA.
