Mr. Xenick has worked as an investment banker for more than 20 years and has raised millions of dollars of debt/equity capital for both middle market companies and real estate developers. His areas of experience include EB-5 project due diligence, offering support services to project owners/regional centers and investors, raising EB-5 capital and U.S. securities compliance.
Xenick is currently a registered broker dealer with Sequence Financial Specialists LLC.
At InvestAmerica Capital Advisors, headquartered in Tampa, Florida, Mr. Xenick heads the EB-5 Advisory & Support Services practice. Certain principals and employees of InvestAmerica are registered with Sequence Financial Specialists, LLC (Member FINRA/SIPC) through its Tampa, Florida branch office. Mr. Xenick is registered with Sequence and serves as its EB-5 sector principal.
InvestAmerica has been active in the EB-5 industry since 2010. They continue to work with EB-5 investors, represent EB-5 projects and offer tailored services to project owners and regional centers, as well as investors.
Prior to InvestAmerica, Mr. Xenick served as the managing partner at LCG Capital Advisors, an investment bank, for over five years. While there, Mr. Xenick co-founded the bank’s FINRA registered broker-dealer and represented dozens of clients, raising debt/equity capital and assisting in merger and acquisition transactions.
