Lisa Hulme is the President and owner of Prevail Capital LLC, a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Established in 2007, Prevail Capital offers full-service private placement and consulting services to meet the needs of issuers and sophisticated investors.
Hulme has substantial experience in the EB-5 industry and brings that business expertise to Prevail. She joined the company in 2013 to implement its EB-5 line of business. She is a principal with the company and holds numerous securities licenses, including Series 24, Series 7, Series 22, Series 39, and Series 63.
Prevail Capital has acted as an exclusive placement agent for over 40 EB-5 and equity-based projects and is dedicated to complying with industry rules and regulations.
She’s also been an active member of the EB-5 trade association IIUSA for several years.
