John Roth is an EB-5 immigration attorney/financial advisor who specializes in performing EB-5 due diligence. As an entrepreneur, he has acquired extensive experience in business and finances. Attorney Roth has attained a broad understanding of the various sub-fields within the EB-5 program in order to deal with the complex issues of immigration law, securities and finance when conducting EB-5 due diligence.

Beginning in early 2008, attorney Roth began to shift his immigration law focus to the EB-5 program. He saw the need for a highly skilled professional to help advise potential EB-5 investors on choosing a suitable regional center. In order to understand every aspect of the EB-5 field and be able to properly perform due diligence, attorney Roth passed the rigorous Series 63 and Series 7 exams in order to become an SEC licensed and registered representative of a broker-dealer firm. Attorney Roth closely monitors the latest policy developments regarding the EB-5 program and uses his knowledge to assist investors in obtaining their EB-5 visas.

Attorney Roth’s company, EB5 Analytics, specializes in helping its clients select the proper regional center. EB5 Analytics has no special relationship with any regional center, which ensures their impartiality. The firm will first identify if clients are the right fit for the EB-5 program and then proceed to help the investors evaluate regional centers. EB5 Analytics works with its clients in order to help them understand the complex legal and financial environment that the regional centers operate in. The firm will evaluate a client’s case, narrow down the choice of regional centers, review offering documents and financial statements, and set up an interview with the principals of the regional center.

In addition to his work performing EB-5 due diligence, attorney Roth is also an active EB-5 visa practitioner and has spoken at various EB-5 industry events. He has also published numerous articles regarding the legal, financial and securities law aspects involved in EB-5 project due diligence. He has been an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 1995 and also a member of the Invest in USA Best Practices committee.

John Roth received his law degree in 1983 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and is also a graduate of the Wharton School of Finance. He received his bachelor’s in political science at Drew University, located in New Jersey.
