Darren A Seary, FRICS

Darren A. Seary is an EB-5 Construction Risk Management consultant, a Fellow at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and the Western Director at Fulcrum, a construction and real estate intelligence and risk management firm. Seary and his colleagues have gained a vast amount of experience in the EB-5 industry, having handled projects throughout the United States with EB-5 funds ranging from $10 million to $250 million.

The Fulcrum team consists of certified, qualified professionals who identify and manage construction risk by assessing building conditions, monitoring construction loans, providing custom reports and analyses and tracking investments for a client base of developers, investors, lenders, and owners. Fulcrum offers a comprehensive suite of services designed to mitigate risk at every phase of a project. As part of Fulcrum’s leadership team, Seary plays a critical role in business development, client relationship management, operations and staff management, project management, quality control and risk control. He also focuses on Fulcrum’s Capital Needs Partnership program.

Seary has provided professional advice within the construction and real estate industry throughout his career, which spans across the globe. Among his many skills, he specializes in the assessment and reuse of existing buildings. He also has vast experience in Construction Project Management with new and existing buildings.

Seary earned his Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Building Surveying at De Montfort University. As mentioned before, he is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a leading professional body for qualifications and standards in construction, infrastructure, land, and property worldwide.
