Tom Martin is the Managing Director/Community Impact Director at Baker Tilly US, LLP.

Martin joined Baker Tilly in 2017 and overall has more than 10 years of experience in the EB-5 industry. Currently, he leads the firm’s EB-5 U.S. consulting practice and the community impacts team, which give impact analysis and sustainability reports for New Markets Tax Credits, Capital Magnet Fund and community incentive programs. He primarily works within the EB-5 practice areas to structure EB-5 offerings which provide flexible and affordable capital to qualifying projects and businesses. He has completed over 1,000 EB-5 specific business plans and economic reports; he also consulted on projects requiring over $100 million in EB-5 funds down to single investor projects.
Before joining Baker Tilly, Martin worked at the EB-5 consulting firm, Wright Johnson, as Vice President where he assisted in the formation of over 100 regional centers for his clients. Prior to Wright Johnson, Tom was Associate Director of Sales at Merck, a biopharmaceutical company.
Martin has a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University in Utah.
