Marco Scanu is a business plan writer. He is the founder of 345 Group, LLC (dba Visa Business Plans), a Miami, Florida-based company that assists investors and corporations in establishing and growing their presence in the U.S. market.
Visa Business Plans has written more than 4,000 customized business plans for various visa petitions, including EB-5, L-1A, L-1B, H-1B, EB1-C, EB1-A, EB-2, E-1, E-2, TN and O-1. The firm monitors immigration trends to write complex plans and stay up to date with adjusting adjudication standards. It uses a 70-point quality assurance system. The company works in Spanish, Portuguese, French, Chinese and Russian, serving clients across five continents.
Scanu, an O-1 visa recipient to the U.S. in entrepreneurial ventures, is also business and executive coach for Fortune 1000 company executives, entrepreneurs and professionals in Europe and the Americas.
Scanu served as honorary consul for Italy from 2001 to 2004 and been a judge for business plan competitions in South America. He has been a workshop facilitator and invited professor in Florida and Venezuela.
Prior to founding 345 Group, Scanu co-founded a Venezuelan ice cream and pastry company, Vivaldi Gelato, where he also served as CEO and marketing officer. He has also co-founded a restaurant in Merida, Venezuela, and was operations manager for a tour company in Merida.
Scanu has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida and an MBA in management from Bocconi University in Italy. He also received a fellowship to Michigan State University and is a certified coach from the University of Miami.
