Chase Hughes presently owns and operates Pro Business Plans LLC, and its UAE based subsidiary, Business Plan AE. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in New York, N.Y., Pro Business Plans provides business plans for immigration, investment, and strategy. The company specializes in EB-5 business plans, along with E-1 and E-2 plans, business plans for bank loans, plans for SBA, and for investment capital. The company has experience writing business plans for major industries around the world, ranging from farms to cafes to manufacturing to e-business and retail.
Mr. Hughes has more than seven years of experience at the executive level in the management consulting and investment banking industry. Previously, he created Kaizen Solutions, a business intelligence company, which was sold to a foreign acquirer in 2013. He subsequently worked in Beijing at a venture capital fund that was technology-focused, and then started Sino Global Capital with its executive leadership team.
The Pro Business Plans team also includes Steven Hays, who serves as the senior financial analyst. He has more than six years of investment banking experience, and previously worked at Houlihan Lokey and JP Morgan as an associate in investment banking. In this capacity, he helped private clients of banks in the bulge bracket tier in the preparation of their investment materials, and also provided fundraising advisory services to the banks’ clients.
Tom Sattler is the senior marketing analyst for Pro Business Plans. He possesses 23+ years of experience in marketing positions, with more than 10 years in executive-level roles in large companies. For example, Mr. Sattler served as Home Depot’s brand manager, in which role he managed an annual marketing budget of $5.5 million.
Manuel O. Cruz is a certified public accountant (CPA) at Pro Business Plans. He has over two decades of experience in the areas of financial reporting, audits, and internal controls. Mr. Cruz possesses both private and public sector experience, having served as Agmus Ventures’ head accountant and having also handled budgeting for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico’s treasury department.
