China’s final action date advances in September visa bulletin

The State Department has released its September 2022 visa bulletin. The final action dates for all EB-5 categories in all countries are current, except Mainland China.
The final action cutoff date for applicants from Mainland China in Unreserved categories (including C5, T5, I5, and R5) has advanced by one month to Dec. 22, 2015, after having remained at Nov. 22, 2015 since May.
The final action dates for all other set aside categories for Mainland China, including rural, high unemployment and infrastructure, are current.
