The State Department released its March visa bulletin today. The final action date for EB-5’s regional center and non-regional center categories had Vietnam jump forward with about three weeks to Oct. 22, 2017.
However, like last month, Mainland China’s final action date remains unchanged of Aug. 15, 2015. All others, including India, Mexico and the Philippines, remain current.
